Chesapeake Legal Counsel maintains an office in Ocean View, Delaware (near Bethany Beach) and in Annapolis, Maryland. Although many of our clients are residents of Anne Arundel County and Sussex County, we see clients from throughout Delaware and Maryland. When visiting with a client outside of Ocean View or Annapolis we meet either at the client’s home, at the office of their other professional advisor, at the office of one of our attorney colleagues, or online. Both of our offices are easily accessible, with convenient parking within steps of the front door.

Ocean View borders Bethany Beach, Delaware. To get there from Bethany Beach and Highway One go west on Route 26 for about a mile and a half from the Totem Pole. On your right you will see a shopping center (just past the locomotives), the most notable store at the front being a Mattress Firm. The office is adjacent to the UPS Store and just past Northeast Seafood. If you find yourself in Dagsboro or Millville, you have gone too far.
From the South, (Berlin, Ocean City) take Hwy. 113 to Route 26 and go east for about eight miles until Ocean View (29G Atlantic Avenue, Ocean View, Delaware 19970). Start looking for the shopping center on your left immediately after passing through the two stop lights (one block apart) in Ocean View. If you find yourself in the Atlantic Ocean, you have gone too far. Alternate route through Selbyville: Route 17 (Roxana Road) to Route 26 and turn right towards Ocean View. |
From East or West, take Rt. 50 to Annapolis and take exit 22 (Rt. 648 also known as Aris T. Allen Blvd); from Rt. 50, stay in the right lane and proceed South (make a right) onto Riva Road. You will pass through lights at Admiral Cochran, at Truman Parkway, and at the entrance to a shopping center; turn left at the 4th light into Riva 400 Office Park (the address is 2661 Riva Road). Once in the office park make your 2nd right; the office is at the end of building 400 on the ground floor, Suite 410-A.
From the North, take I-97 to Rt. 50 and then proceed as above. When I-97 meets Rt. 50, you will be at exit 22. From the South, take Rt. 2 to Annapolis. Rt. 2 intersects with Rt. 648. Take 648 North towards Rt. 50 and Baltimore; Riva Road will be the first exit; turn left at Riva and proceed as above. |
